MMF's Privacy Policy, available at https://meetmattfraser.com/privacy-policy/, is part of the Agreement between you and Matthew Fraser LLC ("MMF") and explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. Importantly, our Privacy Policy only applies to MMF and information collected at Events and through MMF's website at meetmattfraser.com (the "Website"). Third-party Event Partners may have their own privacy policies that apply to your attendance at Events.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms and give us your mobile number, Matthew Fraser LLC ("MMF") sends you recurring automated text messages under the sender name Matt Fraser: event reminders, event notices, news and updates, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

To prove and honor your choice, we keep your mobile number, the date and time of your consent, the exact consent text you agreed to, the page where you agreed, and your IP address.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text message opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and they may use them only to send our messages.
