Bring a photo of your loved one. On Day of the Dead, they're coming home.
Day of the Dead only comes once a year. It's believed that on this night the souls of our loved ones return to Earth to visit the homes of the people they love, with one purpose: to see how they are being remembered.
As a medium, I've learned that memories are the energy that connects you to your loved ones in spirit. When you keep their memory alive, you keep them close. You feel their presence, notice the signs they send, and receive the guidance they're trying to give you.
Here's what we'll do together:
1) Build your altar:
I'll show you how to create an ofrenda, a remembrance altar, with your photo and a personal item, and how to prepare your home for their visit.
2) LIVE photo readings:
Hold your loved one's photo up to the camera. As I look at the photos, spirit will lead me. I'll call on families and individuals to share a memory, then channel messages to let you know:
- That they found peace on the other side
- How they visit you and reach out at home
- The guidance they want you to carry into the year ahead
3) A closing meditation to invite them in:
Before we say goodbye, I'll guide you through a meditation to open your heart and your home to them. Then on Day of the Dead, before you go to sleep, you'll know exactly how to welcome them back. The event ends, but their visit is just beginning.
What to have ready:
- A photo of your loved one
- A candle
- A personal item of theirs, if you have one
Joining is easy. After you register, you'll get an email with your event pass. Click the JOIN button 15 minutes before we start. No codes or passwords needed.
This is my only photo reading event of the season, and it happens once a year.
